Class description:
Want to learn the basics of powerboating or brush up on your skills? Women Making Waves is the perfect opportunity to spend half a day learning boat-handling techniques in a supportive environment.
No experience necessary!
3 hours on-water
3-4 students per boat
- Centering the wheel
- Shifting gears and throttle control
- Preparing the boat for departure
- Steering straight at idle speed
- Station Holding
