DBMIBS UNVEILS THE FUTURE OF BOATING

DISCOVER BOATING® MIAMI INTERNATIONAL BOAT SHOW® OFFERS FIRST LOOK AT FUTURE OF BOATING: NEW BOATS, WORLD DEBUTS, & CUTTING-EDGE MARINE TECHNOLOGIES

Miami, FL (February 4, 2026) — From advanced connectivity and AI-assisted systems to world and U.S. boat debuts across every major category, the 2026 Discover Boating® Miami International Boat Show®, taking place over Presidents Day weekend, offers a broad look at the technologies and designs shaping the future of recreational boating. With hundreds of new products on display, the show provides attendees an opportunity to explore how innovation is enhancing safety, accessibility, performance, and the on-water experience.

Across three primary locations in a reimagined layout in Miami and Miami Beach, the 2026 Miami Boat Show is an international destination to discover the newest and best in boating. Tickets are available at
MiamiBoatShow.com, and here’s a glimpse at some of the new innovations visitors can expect to see:

Tech Shaping the Future of Boating

One of the most anticipated products being unveiled is Brunswick’s AutoCaptain, an AI-driven system designed to assist with real-world boating scenarios such as docking and maneuvering in tight spaces. Docking remains one of the most intimidating aspects of boating for many consumers, particularly in busy marinas and crowded waterways. As assisted and autonomous boating continues to evolve from concept to application, the AutoCaptain offers a tangible example of how AI is beginning to integrate into everyday boating, enhancing confidence and control while keeping the boater actively engaged.

Marine electronics and onboard systems innovation also take center stage, with global premieres including the B&G Zeus SRX and Simrad NSO 4, both representing the next generation of integrated navigation and control technology. Mercury Marine will introduce a new keyless ignition system alongside a high-horsepower engine concept, offering a forward-looking view of how propulsion, security, and digital integration continue to converge.

The Miami Boat Show also highlights innovation in marine infrastructure and safety. Emerging products on display include floating eyewear engineered for durability on the water, next-generation winch handle systems designed to improve safety and usability, advanced liferaft technology built for offshore reliability, and intelligent navigation infrastructure, such as LUMINSEA’s Smart Channel Marker, which reimagines traditional channel markers through illumination and connected technology.

World & U.S. Boat Debuts

New model debuts span nearly every core boating segment throughout the Miami Boat Show, including the world debut of the Boston Whaler 330 Outrage, a next-generation center console. Additional launches across boat categories include new models from Chaparral, Chris-Craft, Grady-White, Pathfinder, Zodiac Nautic, Yamaha, and others—highlighting the diversity of boats on the market for every boater and a wide variety of budgets. These new boats will be unveiled at the Miami Beach Convention Center.

Innovation on the water extends beyond traditional powerboats. Attendees will encounter emerging electric and performance-driven platforms, such as the Fliteboard RACE, hybrid designs including the Pathfinder 2800 Hybrid and the Fountaine Pajot Samana 59 Hybrid, and advanced lithium-powered vessels like the Scout 435 LXF Li-Ion. Together, these examples reflect the industry’s ongoing exploration of efficiency, alternative propulsion, and new performance benchmarks.

Sailing innovation receives a dedicated spotlight at the new Sailor’s Cove at IGY Yacht Haven Grande Miami, where world-debut sailing catamarans anchor the destination. The Aquila 50 Sailing Catamaran and the BALI 5.2 will be unveiled to the public for the first time, offering hands-on access to new approaches to multihull design, onboard living, and modern sailing experiences.

At the Miami Beach Yacht Collection—returning to Collins Avenue for the first time since 2018—several yachts will make their U.S. debuts. Attendees can explore models, such as the Beneteau Swift Trawler 37, De Antonio D60, Riviera 5600 Sport Yacht, and Prestige M7. The De Antonio D60 arrives following its recognition as European Powerboat of the Year, noted for its hidden outboard configuration, performance capabilities, and flexible luxury layout.

“For 85 years, the Discover Boating® Miami International Boat Show® has been the place where the future of boating is revealed first,” said Andrew Doole, President of U.S. Boat Shows at Informa Markets. “The depth and diversity of innovation on display in 2026 reflects how rapidly the industry is evolving across technology, sustainability, and the overall boating experience.”

The Discover Boating® Miami International Boat Show® is owned by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) and the International Yacht Brokers Association (IYBA) and produced by Informa Markets. Tickets, planning tools, and a full list of things to do and see are available at
