Promotion Dates:

The “Getaway and Stay Giveaway” (“Promotion”) will begin on January 28, 2026 at 12:00 A.M. EST (“Entry Beginning”) and will end on February 4, 2026 at 11:59 P.M. EST (“Entry End”). The winner(s) will be announced by February 6, 2026 by 7 P.M. EST (“Announcement Date”). The deadline to enter is Entry End.

Entry:

Enter on the form through our website https://www.miamiboatshow.com/en/experience/getaway_giveaway.html between Entry Beginning and Entry End.
All participants will be entered and one winner will be chosen randomly through a third party software. The winner will be announced on our social media platforms on Entry End.

Eligibility - All entries submitted must comply with the following guidelines:

The Promotion is open to all legal residents of the continental United States of America who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, excluding those residents of Hawaii, Alaska, New York & Rhode Island. Employees of InformaMarkets (“Administrator”) or Brightline Trains Florida LLC or AC Hotel Miami Beach (the “Sponsors”), any subsidiary or affiliated entities, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, and the members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings or children), or households (whether related or not) are ineligible to participate in or win the Promotion. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void outside of the United States, as applicable, and where prohibited.
The Administrator will disqualify any entry from any individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements and will also reject any entry as required by law.
Proof of eligibility may be required to claim the prize.
Promotion submissions must be received before the registration deadline.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
By submission of an entry to this contest, entrants hereby expressly consent to the receipt of a confirmatory message related to this Promotion either via phone call, direct message (“DM”), email or text message. Entrants also consent to any promotional advertising sent by the Administrator, Sponsors or third parties on its behalf. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized holder of the email address, phone number and/or social media account that was used to submit the entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the text or mobile telephone number by a telecommunications provider, or other organization responsible for assigning such numbers, or the owner of the domain associated with the submitted social media account. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same social media account or mobile telephone number.
Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by the Administrator. The contest Administrator’s social media accounts are the official time keeping device for the Promotion.
Entries will be disqualified if incomplete and/or if prohibited multiple entries more than the stated limit are received. All entries become the property of the Administrator and will not be acknowledged or returned.
By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree (a) to be bound by these Official Rules; (b) as between the entrant and the Administrator, that the decision of the Administrator is final on all matters relating to the Promotion; (c) in the event that the entrant does not comply with these Rules, that entrant will be disqualified and the prize (if any) will be forfeited; and (d) the potential winner and/or finalist must be available to participate in any portion of the Promotion as participation may be required to be considered eligible.

The winner will be featured on our social media platforms, and by entering this Promotion consents to the same. The Prize value is $3,500.

No more than the advertised number of prizes shall be awarded. The Prize is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified herein. The Prize may not be sold, traded, assigned or commissioned, and is not exchangeable, transferable, substitutable, or redeemable for cash or credit. Prize details and availability are subject to change. The Prize will only be awarded if properly claimed according to the Official Rules. All costs and expenses, including any applicable taxes, related to the Prize acceptance, the Prize, and/or Prize use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of winner(s).
The Prize shall be furnished by the Administrator.
The odds of winning are based on the amount of entries.

THE PRIZE IS AWARDED “AS IS” AND THE ADMINISTRATOR DOES NOT MAKE (AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR), ANY REPRESENTATIONS, GUARANTEES, OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATING TO ANY PRIZE (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.
Any prize awarded in the form of a gift certificate or gift card, the use and/or redemption of such certificate or card, may be subject to additional terms and restrictions; including, without limitation, expiration date, specific locations at which such certificate or card may be redeemed, may be based on availability, and may include black-out periods, restrictions or excluded items (i.e., tax, tips, alcoholic beverage, or goods from a particular Administrator). Gift certificates are only redeemable at the location for which they are specified.
In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these official rules to be available and/or claimed, Administrator reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing, as contemplated herein, among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.
Winner must provide a W-9 and driver’s license, passport, or state issued ID before being awarded the prize.

Winner Selection and Notification:

The winner will be announced on Announcement Date via social media platforms.
Potential contest winner(s) are subject to verification, including verification of eligibility. If an entrant is unable to verify his/her information, the entrant will automatically be disqualified and their prize, if any, will be forfeited. The Administrator reserves the right to determine an alternate winner in accordance with these Official Rules in the event that any winner is disqualified, cannot be contacted, is deemed ineligible for any reason, or is not available to participate in any applicable Promotion events.
The potential winner will be notified by phone, email and/or social media through messenger on the profile provided on the entry post. THE ADMINISTRATOR WILL CONTACT THE POTENTIAL WINNER ON OR BEFORE THE ANNOUNCEMENT DATE UPON CONTEST COMPLETION TO VERIFY ELIGIBILITY AND AFTER THE ENTRY END. IF THE WINNER DOES NOT RESPOND, VERIFY ELIGIBILITY OR PROVIDE INFORMATION REQUIRED HEREIN, THE ADMINISTRATOR MAY DELAY ANY AND ALL TIMETABLES SET FORTH HEREIN TO SELECT AND VERIFY AN ALTERNATIVE WINNER. THE POTENTIAL WINNER MUST ANSWER, OR RETURN THE PHONE CALL WITHIN ONE HOUR TO BE ELIGIBLE TO CLAIM THE PRIZE. IF THE POTENTIAL WINNER DOES NOT RESPOND WITHIN THE HOUR, THEY WILL BE DISQUALIFIED, AND THE ADMINISTRATOR WILL SELECT VIA RANDOM THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE AN ALTERNATE WINNER BASED ON THE ABOVE CRITERIA, WHO WILL ALSO BE NOTIFIED IN THE SAME METHOD ON OR AFTER THE ENTRY END UPON CONTEST COMPLETION. This process may repeat until a selected winner answers or returns the phone call within the hour period. Notification is deemed to have occurred immediately upon receiving a phone call in which the participant submitted when entering the contest. A phone message will be left only if a voice message device connects the caller. The Administrator shall not be responsible for any changes regarding participant’s phone number, participant’s phone or answering service. The Administrator is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify a finalist and/or potential winner(s). Standard rates apply for any phone call, text or data in speaking with the Administrator. By entering this contest, you explicitly give permission to the Administrator to call, text or message you in any manner provided within the entry form.
The Administrator, the Sponsor(s), or promotional partner(s) are not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate. Prizes not claimed within thirty (30) business days of winning shall be considered a rejection of the prize and the prize shall automatically revert back to the Administrator, will be considered forfeited without notice to the winner, and will become property of the Administrator. Such prize may be disposed of at the discretion of the Administrator.

Waiver Form:

As a condition of participating in the Promotion, entrants agree and acknowledge that in order to receive a prize and be deemed a winner, entrants must sign an official waiver form provided by the Administrator and agree to the terms herein, including but not limited to the prize conditions. The potential prize winner may (as determined by Administrator’s sole discretion) be required to sign and return a declaration of eligibility and any other form necessary to verify eligibility, along with the required releases within twenty four hours after the first delivery attempt to the entrants Phone Call, Email and/or Direct Message / Messenger address in order for the potential prize winner to be qualified for the prize, unless otherwise stated herein or at the time of notification. Failure of the potential prize winner to return all required forms within this time period may result in the potential winner being disqualified, and in such event, the Administrator may award the prize to an alternate winner from among all remaining eligible entries, as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion.

Use of Personal Information:

Administrator shall retain entrant’s personal data for a reasonable period of time for the purpose of notification and delivery of any prize won, as well as for verification that official rules and regulations have been met. Personal data may be shared with a third-party to enable the fulfillment of necessary requirements relating to the delivery of a prize. Any other use of personal data will be in accordance with, and subject to applicable law. Entrants will have the opportunity to opt-out of electronic communications from the Administrator and/or applicable third-parties. In the event entrant fails to opt out of electronic communication (which may or may not pertain to this Promotion) at that time, entrant acknowledges and understands that his/her personal data will be provided to such third party, and may be used by the Administrator or third-party as set forth by each entity’s privacy policy.

Conditions:

· Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner(s). Winner(s) will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent, including a winner’s full Social Security Number, for receipt of any prize valued at $600 or more, or for any prizes awarded by the Administrator in a calendar year with an aggregate value of $600 or more. Failure to submit a complete W-9 or equivalent will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

· Participation in the Promotion and acceptance of a prize constitutes an entrant’s permission for the Administrator or its agents to photograph, film and record each entrant, and to use his/her name, address (city and state), likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information and/or any statements made by him/her regarding the Promotion or its sponsors for purposes of trade, publicity or promotion without additional financial or other compensation, and the Administrator may, where legal, require an entrant (and guest if applicable) to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.

· Participation in the Promotion requires entrants to:

o Agree to grant the Administrator a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to edit, telecast, exhibit, rerun, reproduce, use, syndicate, license, print, distribute and otherwise exploit the items (including any photos, videos, audio, or written material) submitted as part of the contest entry (the “Materials”), or any portion thereof, in any manner and in any and all formats and media now known or hereafter devised, without payment to the entrant or any third party.

o Acknowledge that the Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, not to use the Materials at all.

o Represent and warrant that the entrant is 18 years of age or older; the entrant has the full legal right, power and authority to grant to the Administrator the license provided for herein; the entrant owns or controls the complete exhibition and other rights to the Materials submitted for the purposes contemplated in this license; and neither the Materials nor the exercise of the rights granted herein shall infringe upon or violate the right of privacy or right of publicity of, or constitute a libel or slander against, or violate any common law or any other right of any person or entity.

· Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Administrator in its sole discretion may require verification of Promotion entrant’s identification by a showing of a valid government-issued photo identification. By participating and or accepting a prize, entrants and winner(s) agree to release and hold harmless the Administrator, its Sponsor(s) and promotional partner(s), its advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns each of them (collectively, the “Released Parties”) against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the Promotion. The Administrator may also require eligible Promotion winner(s) to sign a liability release confirming such consent.

· The Administrator at its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person (and all of their entries) from this Promotion if he or she tampers with the entry process, the operation of the Promotion, or the operation of the Administrator’s website, Facebook page, Instagram page and/or any other social networking site used in the Promotion, or is otherwise in violation of the rules. The Administrator further reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion, or any part of it, if it is not capable of completion as planned, or if any fraud, technical failures or any factor beyond the Administrator’s control, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion as determined by the Administrator in its sole discretion. Any attempt by an entrant or any person to deliberately damage any Administrator website, Facebook page, and/or any other social networking site used in the Promotion or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may violate criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Administrator reserves the right to seek full prosecution and/or damages from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Administrator’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of this provision. If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Administrator, any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or canceled, the Administrator reserves the right, but not the obligation, to modify, terminate, suspend or cancel the Promotion, and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.

· The Released Parties are not responsible for (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by any entrant, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entries, or the announcement of any Promotion prize(s); (5) lost, stolen, mangled, misdirected, postage due, illegible, incomplete, incorrect, or late entries; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. Further, the Released Parties are not responsible for any part of a Promotion prize that cannot be awarded due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters.

· To obtain a copy of the Official Rules or a list of winner(s) following completion of the Promotion (please specify which), send a self–addressed, stamped envelope (VT residents may omit return postage) specifying the contest name set forth above and request a copy of the rules or the name of the promotion set forth above and request a copy of the Winner List to the Administrator, 1650 SE 17th Street, STE 412 Fort Lauderdale FL 33316. A copy of the Official Rules and a list of winner(s) when complete are also available during regular business hours at this same address. All such requests must be received within thirty (30) days of this Promotion.

Publicity:

For avoidance of doubt, and in no way limiting the existing terms herein addressing like subject matter, by participating in the Promotion, where allowed by law, all entrants grant Administrator and Sponsors exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with the Promotion and other contests, and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating in a Promotion, where allowed by law, participants agree that the Company may use such information for marketing purposes, and may include the names of winners in a publicly available winners’ list.

By entering this Promotion, the entrant agrees to these Official Rules and to the use of the entrant’s personal information as described herein.

Disputes and Compliance with Law and Governing Law:

Issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Administrator in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., without giving effect to the conflict of laws and rules thereof. EACH ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THOSE COURTS, SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS, AND WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY SHOULD ARBITRATION BE DISALLOWED OR OTHERWISE MADE UNAVAILABLE. Each entrant agrees that any controversy, dispute or claim arising out of, relating to or connected with the Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration, which will be conducted in Tampa, Florida in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), and any judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitrator shall be selected by mutual agreement of the parties, if possible, and shall be a resident of Florida. If the parties fail to reach agreement upon the appointment of an arbitrator within thirty (30) days following receipt by one party of the other party’s notice of desire to arbitrate, the arbitrator shall be selected from a list or lists of persons submitted by the AAA. The selection process shall be that which is set forth in the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules then prevailing, except that if the parties fail to select an arbitrator from one or more lists, AAA shall not have the power to make an appointment but shall continue to submit additional lists until an arbitrator has been selected. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain any punitive, incidental, special, consequential and/or other damages, including without limitation lost profits (collectively, “Special Damages”) to an entrant; and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased.
