Entry to vessels is at the discretion of the exhibitor, manufacturer, or broker.

No. There is not an option for personal vessels to gain access/dock at the show.

There is no limitation on bag size, however all bags will be subject to search by security upon entry.

No, we do not offer storage facilities for your personal belongings.

Only ADA certified service animals are permitted. 

Email [email protected] and include the email you used to purchase your ticket. They will resend it to you. If you're at the show and have the same issue, please visit our ticketing agents located at the entrance of the show.

The weather in South Florida is always unpredictable and this is a rain or shine event, so it's advised to dress for the occasion! Dress comfortably, and consider wearing good walking shoes that are easy to slip on and off, as you may have to do so when boarding the vessels.

You must purchase your ticket online, as there is NO ticketing box office onsite. All ticket sales are final, and refunds will only be accepted if the event is cancelled. The show will go on rain or shine.

Thank you for your service! Complimentary tickets will be offered to veterans on Sunday, February 18 free of charge. Please send proof of service via email to [email protected], or show your ID at to a ticketing agent at the entrance. Family and friends are not eligible for this offer.

Our Water Taxi Service connects Museum Park Marina, Herald Plaza and Maurice Gibb Park (a short shuttle ride from the Convention Center/Pride Park). Please visit our Transportation Page, which includes a link to purchase Water Taxi tickets. Stay tuned for updates and/or possible route changes.

Yes! We have plenty of options for every taste and budget. With ample options for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free guests - we promise you'll never go hungry!

Yes - the Progressive Boat Show Experience at Pride Park (beside the Convention Center) will have fun activities for kids. Stay tuned for updates!
