Renewing Exhibitors

Welcome to the 2020 Miami International Boat Show being held at the Miami Marine Stadium Park & Basin, February 13 – 17, 2020. Please read this page in its entirety.

On the heels of a successful 2019 event for the Miami International Boat Show, we’ve begun planning for 2020. The addition of the Strictly Sail exhibitors to the Marine Stadium has been a great success. Attendees surveyed enjoyed seeing everything in one location and the sail exhibitors reported excellent sales.

We made several improvements for the 2019 show and look forward to fine tuning again for year four in 2020. The new air conditioning system worked very well in the unseasonably warm week we had and the food and beverage choices were upgraded significantly. The new VIP location got great reviews and will stay in Tent A for the future.

The application you received for the 2020 show is for your renewal for the space you occupied in the 2019 show. Your signed contract and deposit is due back by May 1, 2019. Please email a copy of your signed contract to your Exhibitor Relationship Manager and send the check directly to Chicago with the invoice.

The documents below have important show information that you should familiarize yourself with:

Miami Show 2019 Up Land Full Layout
2020 Special Miami Regulations
Allocation Procedures and Display Guidelines

To renew your existing space:

Simply check the box marked “We accept the same space…” complete the To Be Filled out by Exhibitor Section, sign the application and return it via email to your Exhibitor Relationship Manager. (Do not mail the application with invoice/deposit). Your deposit should be mailed along with the invoice to the payment center address for receipt by May 1st.

To request a change in space size or location:

You will renew your existing space and request your change. Check the box marked "we request the following change.." and note your request in the designated space. You will continue to have the space you occupied in 2019 until your Exhibitor Relationship Manager contacts you with an offer. We will do everything possible to accommodate your request, however, making this notation is not a confirmation of the change.

Once we have all of the applications back and know what is available and what exhibitors are requesting, space changes will be allocated in seniority order starting with NMMA Members. Please be patient as we work through this process and be ready when called to make your decision in a timely manner as there are other exhibitors waiting patiently.

Feel free to call your Exhibitor Relationship Manager at any time with any questions or for an update.
