Dear Prospective Exhibitor:

Thank you for your interest in the 2008 Miami International Boat Show.

Space in the 2008 show is limited, however, we encourage you to join our waitlist.  Availability is as follows:

** Inside and Outside Boat Space - Waitlisted.

** In Water Space - Availability for boats over 35'.

** Marine Mart West and Big Game Room (Sport Fishing Product Only) - Available but limited.

** Tented Booth Space - Waitlisted.

We strongly urge you to return an application and deposit to be placed on the waitlist.  We are still weeks away from move in and availability can (and does) change daily.

To be placed on the waitlist or apply for space in an area with availability, simply complete your application and return it with your fully refundable deposit. Your deposit should be calculated on the space type/location you desire, rate x square footage. There is a 100 sq ft minimum on all booth spaces.   In-Water is calculated on the length x beam of the boat (square footage). The rates per square foot are:

** Big Game Sport Fishing products only.

Space is allocated in waitlisted areas in the order in which we have received your application.  Spaces that become available are from cancellations and size recalculations so we are not able to give you a specific date of when something may become available.  Our goal is to place all of our wait listed companies and we will contact you as soon as we have a space for you.

Space will be offered on a first come, first served basis in accordance with NMMA’s seniority system and allocation guidelines. Be sure to read the back of your space application, complete the front “To Be Filled Out By Exhibitor” box and sign your application. Applications without deposit will not be considered for space, however, deposits are fully refundable and credit cards are not charged until space has been accepted and confirmed.
